The UPS Store at 4521 PGA Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star as Google won't let me leave zero stars. This is the worst UPS location I have ever been to. First of all, I understand it is the holidays and people are stressed and overworked. I have used UPS stores instead of USPS for years because they are generally faster, cheaper, and more reliable--but I will never return to this location after today's visit. I used both the UPS website/cost estimator and the USPS website/cost estimator, and determined that shipping a box via USPS Priority Flat Rate would be the best option at around $13.65 for a medium sized box. This store, upon arrival, informed me they would charge more than $75 (!!!!) for a medium sized Flat Rate box. While I understand an upcharge for the convenience of using UPS for USPS products, at MOST I have been charged a few extra bucks at other locations. $75?! I was shipping from FL to CA, not from FL to Timbuktu. The entire purpose of Flat Rate is exactly that -- it's a flat fee! To top it off, the man I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.
